We provide complimentary home inspections and low-cost preventative maintenance programs so that you don’t have to worry about unexpected problems coming up in the future.
Photo documentation
Solving and preventing plumbing problems begins with gaining a better understanding of the plumbing system and building a relationship with every customer. That’s why we offer photo-documented plumbing inspections and maintenance plans.
Residential Plumbing System Inspection
When we visit your home for the first time for a service call, upon request, we can perform a whole-house, photo-documented inspection of your entire plumbing system, including but not limited to:
- Faucets
- Toilets
- Drains
- Shower fixtures
- Sewer lines
- Filtration systems
- Water softener
- Water heater
- Well equipment
- Gas piping
We’ll take photos and record notes that are automatically uploaded into our database, creating a plumbing profile for your home. We’ll use this profile to provide you with a detailed report on the state of your plumbing system. This will help us predict potential issues and take proactive steps to avoid costly headaches. Again, there’s no additional cost for this service.
This inspection is complimentary for homes with up to three full baths. You only pay for the service call and any work that needs to be done during the visit.
Proactive Maintenance Program
Most homeowners call the plumber when something goes wrong, but prevention is always less stressful, less disruptive, and less expensive than fixing a problem after the fact. That’s why we developed our Proactive Maintenance Program, similar to what many homeowners have with their heating and cooling company. Our pricing for this program is based on the fixtures, water access points and square footage of the home.
For a low cost based on the size of your house, you will receive:
- Two visits to your home per year with no trip fee or diagnostic fee.
- A free whole-house inspection of your plumbing system as detailed above.
- 15% off any work that needs to be done.
